Terms of Service
1. What ReimburseOS is
ReimburseOS is a reimbursement-intelligence platform for independent medical practices, operated by TwinFlame Group. Lens is our self-serve tool that produces a free benchmark Snapshot from publicly-published Medicare and commercial-rate research data.
2. Not advice
The Lens Snapshot is informational only. Its output is based on the 2026 CMS Physician Fee Schedule, locality-adjusted via 2026 GPCIs, and commercial-to-Medicare ratios drawn from peer-reviewed published research (HCCI, Health Affairs, CBO). It is not: financial advice, legal advice, medical advice, billing advice, coding advice, or a guarantee of payer reimbursement. Your specific contracted rate with any payer may differ materially from the benchmarks shown. Always verify against your actual contracts and payer remittance advice before acting on any Snapshot output.
3. Acceptable use
- You must enter accurate information about your practice. Submitting another practice's NPI or impersonating another provider is prohibited.
- You may not scrape, mass-query, or systematically harvest data from the Lens API for redistribution. Reasonable practitioner use is welcome; commercial-grade data extraction requires a written license.
- You may not introduce malicious code or attempt to bypass rate limits or authentication.
- You may not use Lens output to misrepresent ReimburseOS or to claim that we have endorsed your practice or any negotiation outcome.
4. Free tier
The free Lens Snapshot is provided as-is. We rate-limit usage (currently 3 snapshots per email per 24-hour rolling window, 8 per IP per 1-hour rolling window) to deter abuse. We reserve the right to adjust these limits.
5. Paid tiers
Paid products (Practice Snapshot, Pro subscription, Advisory) are governed by their respective Stripe checkout pages and any specific terms presented at the point of sale. The $10K Founder's Promise applies as described on the guarantee page.
6. Data ownership
You own the data you input. We own the benchmark output we generate from it (the application of our methodology). We have a nonexclusive license to use de-identified, aggregated data to operate and improve the service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwinFlame Group's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of ReimburseOS shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100, or (b) the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify TwinFlame Group from any claim arising from your misuse of ReimburseOS, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
9. Intellectual property
"ReimburseOS," "Lens," and "TwinFlame Group" are trademarks of TwinFlame Group. All site content (other than your inputs) is © 2026 TwinFlame Group.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause. You may terminate by ceasing to use the service and emailing us to delete your data.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Placer County, California.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
