Why snapshots are immutable. When you run a snapshot, ReimburseOS pins the (cpt . payer . rate . peer-percentile . filing-month) tuples that were live at that moment. The TiC MRF refreshes monthly, but your historical snapshots never change. Useful when you need to cite "as of date X" in a payer negotiation.
